IraSME - International research activities by SMEs

IraSME is a network of ministries and funding agencies which are owners or managers of national and regional funding programmes for cooperative research projects between small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) and in participation of research and technology organisations (RTOs). Against the background of growing competition in global markets, IraSME supports SMEs in their transnational innovation activities, helps them to acquire technological know-how, extend their networks and bridge the gap between research and innovation. DFG-RFBR Cooperation: Possibility for Joint German-Russian Research Projects

Funding Period 2018–2020: On the basis of a fruitful cooperation for more than twenty years within the framework of a standing open call and to harmonise the working procedures the Deutsche Forschungsgemeinschaft (DFG, German Research Foundation) and the Russian Foundation for Basic Research (RFBR) have opened the possibility for funding of joint German-Russian projects in all areas of basic research for the period of 2018–2020. Due to the reintegration of the Russian Foundation for Humanities (RFH) into RFBR the new call includes research fields in the humanities and social sciences. Collaborations of research teams from both countries are invited to submit joint proposals by 1 March 2017.

Possibility for Joint German-Russian Project Proposals in Life Sciences, Social Sciences and Humanities

Pre-announcement DFG-RSF Cooperation: The Deutsche Forschungsgemeinschaft (DFG, German Research Foundation) and the Russian Science Foundation (RSF) will launch a new call for proposals in the fields of Life Sciences, Social Sciences and Humanities on 15 September 2016. The submission deadline will be 12 December 2016.

Im Rahmen der bestehenden Vereinbarung der Russischen Stiftung für Geistes- und Sozialwissenschaften (RFH) mit der Deutschen Forschungsgemeinschaft (DFG) hat die russische Partnerorganisation die Förderung von gemeinsamen deutsch-russischen Forschungsvorhaben für das Jahr 2016 im Bereich der Geistes- und Sozialwissenschaften angekündigt.
